Lifevibe is a wellness application designed to help users understand their diet and lifestyle through visual radar charts, daily check-ins, and AI-assisted insights. Lifevibe focuses on awareness, balance, and informed decision-making rather than calorie tracking or prescriptive health instructions.

2. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction) to use Lifevibe.
  • The App is intended for personal, non-commercial use only.
  • Rewards, engagement points, and membership benefits are available only to eligible users.


3. Account Registration

To use certain features, you must create an account.
You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information
  • Keep your login credentials secure
  • Notify us immediately of unauthorized account use

Lifevibe is not responsible for losses caused by unauthorized access due to user negligence.

4. Wellness Information Disclaimer

Lifevibe provides educational and informational wellness content only.

  • AI-generated insights are not medical advice
  • Lifevibe does not diagnose, treat, or prevent medical conditions
  • Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical concerns

You acknowledge that all wellness decisions are made at your own discretion.

5. AI Features

Lifevibe uses AI to:

  • Analyze user-input data
  • Generate radar charts
  • Provide general insights and pros/cons of lifestyle choices

AI responses:

  • Are supportive, not prescriptive
  • May be incomplete or imperfect
  • Should not be relied upon as professional advice

Lifevibe does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or outcomes of AI-generated content.

6. Engagement Points & Loyalty Tiers

6.1 Engagement Points

  • Users may earn engagement points through meal logging and lifestyle activities
  • Engagement points:
    • Have no cash value
    • Are not legal currency
    • Cannot be exchanged outside the App
    • Do not represent stored monetary value

6.2 Loyalty Tiers

  • Loyalty Levels (e.g., Level 1, Level 2, Level 3) are unlocked based on cumulative engagement
  • Loyalty tiers:
    • Reflect long-term participation
    • Are permanent once unlocked
    • Are not reduced when points are redeemed

Lifevibe may modify loyalty thresholds or benefits at any time.

7. Rewards & Benefits

  • Rewards and benefits are optional features provided at Lifevibe’s discretion
  • Availability, eligibility, and requirements may change over time
  • Lifevibe does not guarantee reward availability, value, or outcomes

Misuse, manipulation, or abuse of the rewards system may result in suspension or termination.

8. Subscription & Auto-Renewal Terms

Lifevibe offers auto-renewable subscription plans that provide full access to premium features.

Available Subscription Plans

  • Lifevibe Monthly Plan – $24.99 per month
  • Lifevibe Quarterly Plan – $68.99 every 3 months (approximately $22.99 per month)
  • Lifevibe Half-Yearly Plan – $119.99 every 6 months (approximately $19.99 per month)
  • Lifevibe Yearly Plan – $204.99 per year (approximately $17.00 per month)

Free Trial
All subscription plans include a 14-day free trial for eligible users. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account after the free trial period ends unless the subscription is canceled at least 24 hours before the trial expires.

Auto-Renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period. Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

Manage & Cancel Subscription
Users can manage or cancel their subscriptions at any time through their Apple ID account settings after purchase. Deleting the app does not cancel an active subscription.

9. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for unlawful purposes
  • Attempt to manipulate engagement points or rewards
  • Upload false or misleading data intentionally
  • Reverse-engineer or misuse AI systems
  • Interfere with App security or functionality

Violations may result in account suspension or termination.

10. Data & Privacy

Your use of Lifevibe is governed by the Lifevibe Privacy Policy, which explains how personal data is collected, used, and protected.
By using the App, you consent to data processing as described in the Privacy Policy.

11. Intellectual Property

All content, features, designs, and software within Lifevibe are owned by or licensed to Lifevibe.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or exploit any part of the App without written permission.

12. Service Availability

Lifevibe is provided “as is” and “as available.”

  • Continuous availability
  • Error-free operation
  • That the App will meet all user expectations

Lifevibe may modify or discontinue features at any time.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lifevibe shall not be liable for:

  • Health decisions made based on App content
  • Loss of data, rewards, or engagement points
  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Your use of Lifevibe is at your own risk.

14. Termination

Lifevibe may suspend or terminate accounts that:

  • Violate these Terms
  • Abuse rewards or engagement systems
  • Pose legal, security, or operational risk

Users may delete their account at any time.

15. Changes to These Terms

Lifevibe may update these Terms periodically.

  • Material changes will be communicated via the App or email
  • Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of updated Terms

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the applicable jurisdiction where Lifevibe operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
